Well, it's a disappointing Wednesday morning. I have to leave for work in 30 minutes, which is a bummer. And then to add insult to injury, I discovered that I've gained 3lbs since last week. Yikes. I'm down 3.2lbs overall, but this gain sucks.
However, this gain should not be remotely unexpected. I haven't exercised one little bit and my food was going ok until dinner last Saturday night and Sunday night. And I've had 2 HUGE bowls of ice cream this week. And the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and Candy Corn that jumped into my buggy at Target a few days ago probably haven't been friendly to my hips. So, there's my list of how I managed to accomplish this feat. Now, what am I going to do about it?
Well, I've got to get back on my exercise schedule. Check.
I'm going to try the Weight Watchers point system again. Check.
I've got to practice better self control around candy. Check.
