Here's my recap of the last week.
Here are my goals from last week and the results. 1. Get in another yoga workout - YAY! I accomplished this happily. Yoga is my FAVORITE activity, hands down. 2. Keep working on the food journal - I'm not as disciplined as I would like to be, but I'm doing much better with the food log. I need to get in the habit of logging things before I eat them. (That should also help me with portion control) 3. Not obsess with the scale - I'm happy to report that I only weighed myself twice in the last week, which is heads above what I've been doing. Several of you suggested measurements as my progress gauge, which I think is a great idea!
And I'm ecstatic to report that I lost a lb from last week. Yay me!!
This week's goals: 1. Get in 3 workouts 2. Take measurements for progress gauge 3. Try a new recipe that is healthier than my usual fare
