"What If" Wednesday

**Click here to enter my newest giveaway. It's jewelry!**

Welcome back to "What If" Wednesday! Let's see what this week's question is for anyone who wants to participate. I let my hubby pick the question out of the book this week. I'm sure he was intrigued as to how I would answer. So, I won't keep him waiting.

"If you could put a tattoo on someone you know, who would you pick, what would it be, and where would you put it?"

This is a hard one for me because I have so many answers! I'll just pare it down to one though. I would pick my BFF, Angela. And I would put a martini glass on her ankle. She & I have had some great laughs and memories over martinis and I'm sure there are many more to come!

So, what tattoo would you choose?

"What If" Wednesday

Welcome back to "What If" Wednesday! Let's see what question we have for this week.

"If you could have a year any place in the world, all expenses paid, where would you go?"

Really?

Is there anyone out there in blog-land who DOESN'T know the answer to this question?

Alright, enough sarcasm. The answer is the United Kingdom! I want to travel all over England, Ireland & Scotland sooner than later. To be able to do it on someone else's dime would be a dream come true!

So, where do you want to go?

"What If" Wednesday

I've decided to bring back "What If" Wednesday because I've got a nasty sunburn on my face that I don't care to share with you by VLOG I'm in need of jogging my brain with some potentially tough questions. This book is great and you should check it out! Now, for this week's question.

"If you could choose the music at your own funeral, what would it be, and who would play it?"

See, I told ya it would be a tough question! There are actually 3 songs that I would like to have at my funeral. And here they are in no particular order.

1. Led Zeppelin's "Kashmir" - The lyrics really have no significant meaning to me, but this song is one that I've loved dearly for 20 years now. It calms me no matter what is going on in my life and transports me to a happier place.

2. Pink Floyd's "Comfortably Numb" - Again, the lyrics really mean nothing to me. This song reminds me of one of the most happy times in my life. It's very relaxing and I guess the title would be a little ironic as funeral tunes.

3. Clarke's "Trumpet Voluntary" - This is my absolute favorite piece of classical music. I walked down the aisle at my wedding to this piece and I want to leave this world with this being the last piece of music played in my memory.

So, what music would you choose?

"What If" Wednesday

Let's see what the book of "If" has for us today!

If you could arrange for one thing to befall your boss, what would you have happen?

Wow, I was a little thrown by this question at first, mostly because I'm one of the lucky ones who really likes her boss. So, I would want something really good to befall him.

My wish would be that he would come into a large inheritance of money because he & his family richly deserve it. They have given back to their communities in so many ways and I would love to see them have a financial windfall that could really make things easier.

Now, what would you wish on your boss? Good or bad?

"What If" Wednesday

This is fast becoming my favorite segment each week. Ok, nothing will ever top Monday Morning Eye Candy, but this is sure close. So, let's see what the question is this week from the book of "If...".

If you could eliminate one habit you have, what would you stop doing?

Another easy one for me! Like many of my friends, I am a HORRIBLE procrastinator. It carries over into every.single.aspect of my life and it drives me absolutely batty. If it didn't cause me great amounts of stress, I would just suck it up and accept it as part of who I am, but that's not the case. So, I'm going to try really hard from this day forward to make a concerted effort not to procrastinate...as much. Hey, just keepin' it real folks.

So, what would YOU change?

And PLEASE make sure you come back tomorrow to welcome my 2nd guest blogger this week. She's Kat from Sunshine & Lemonade and you will love her!!

And on Friday, give a warm welcome to Angela from Hello Dahrlin! She said she might have a yummy holiday recipe for you and trust me, you won't want to miss it. I've had her cooking and it's not to be missed!

"What If" Wednesday

Another week, another question from the book of "If...". Let's see what this week's question holds!

If you could be a student of any university in the world right now, where would you enroll?
Oh good, another easy one for me!

It's no secret that I love all things British.
The scenery.
The boys.

The culture.

The boys.

The history.

And did I mention, the boys? Just checkin'.

I guess I should cool off now and answer the question.
I would enroll in the University of Oxford, located in Oxford, England. I have always had a fascination with European History and I would love to obtain a degree in something related to that, while studying in the heart of a lot of that rich history. Plus, it would give me a chance to stalk a couple of my guys. Just sayin'.

"What If" Wednesday

It's time for another thought provoking question from the book of "If". Let's see what this week's query holds.

If you could do any job in the world for one day, what would it be?

I really had to think on this one. There are so many jobs that I would love to try once, that it was hard to pare it down to just one. So here goes.

I would want to be the medical researcher at St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital that finally cracks the code on cancer and how to cure it. All cancers. I know way too many people who have been affected by cancer, including my close family and it's just not fair.

So, what would your job for the day be?

"What If" Wednesday

I'm running behind today, but I'm here with another question from the book of "If...". So, let's see what our question is this week!

If you could have one street or square or park in any city or town renamed after you, which one would you select and exactly what would the name be?

Surprisingly, this one is easy for me. There is an overlook in downtown Portland, Maine that looks out on Casco Bay. It's very serene and there's a little park bench that gives visitors a perfect viewing point for a lighthouse. I don't know what this area's real name is, but I would name this Angie's Spot.
So how about you? Do you have a favorite place you would rename?

"What If" Wednesday

My IRL friend and blogger buddy, Lula, recently gave me this fabulous book called "If...Questions for the Game of Life". I've been enjoying it thoroughly for a couple of weeks now and decided to make this the fodder for a weekly post. I'll post a question from the book, answer it and then ask my readers to answer it also. So, please humor me and play along. (Pretty please) And I have turned on anonymous commenting, so feel free to leave your answer and rest assured that I'll have no idea who you are. I'll be very happy that you stopped by! So, here's this week's question.

If you could make a gift of one thing to any single person alive today, who would it be, what would you give them, and how would you present it to them?

Wow, this is a hard one.

I would give the gift to my oldest daughter, Big A. The gift would be the memory box that I kept from my senior year in high school, which includes letters, photos and memorabilia from the most pivotal year of my life. I would give it to her and tell her that she cannot open it until she begins her first day of high school. I would explain that it includes memories of some of the best and worst days of my young life and that it serves as a reminder to me that we must not be afraid to dream and reach for the stars. Life isn't easy. Always be the best YOU that you can be. The rest will take care of itself.

So, how would you answer this question? I'm sitting by my email, waiting for your responses. No pressure.
