Fat Ass Friday (on Tuesday!)

I'm running a bit behind on last week's progress. Better late than never!

I did a pretty decent job of getting in 5 glasses of water each day. I did fall off the Coke wagon and ended up enjoying a few of those and wow, did they taste SO GOOD. I got in zero workouts, which was disappointing, but I'm not going to beat myself up over it. I reactivated my Sparkpeople account and I've been hit/miss on entering my food intake. However, I've been much more conscious of my portion sizes, which is a WIN.

My goals for this week changed since I wrote this post yesterday. I'm striving to keep up with the 5 glasses of water per day and to keep a close eye on my portion control for the rest of this week. The workouts are on hold now because I seriously injured my left ankle last night. It's not broken, but it might as well be, apparently. I really wish my gym had an indoor pool right about now.

Starting Weight: 222.7
Previous Weight: 222.5
Current Weight: 221.4

I lost 1.1 lbs in the last week and I've lost 1.3 lbs overall. Yay for progress!!

Hooray for you! Well, for the pound, not the hurty ankle. Ouch. Hope that gets better quick.

I could totally do a bunch of water... I tend to do better at night with that though. I like a big glass before bed. But would I have to give up skinny green tea lattes?? I'm thinking no, since they are 'skinny' and I don't get any sugar syrup in them. :)
