So, I'm not off to a resounding start, but at least I can hopefully put shingles on the list of things that is in my past and not in my future. I'm going to continue to work lots of water back into my diet and I'm going to try and start my running schedule this week.

It's ok. Just try better this week! I love and welcome encouragement. Weight loss is hard but I love having accountability!

Just put this week behind you and focus on the next. You have to cut yourself some slack when you're sick, right? :)
