When I was a younger chick, I used to worry about the lasting effects of alcohol consumption on my mind & body functions.
My, how times have changed.
Now, apparently I need to worry considerably about how much iced tea I drink with dinner.
3 glasses of tea = Wired until 4am
Good news: I came up with a brilliant idea for the theme of my review blog and worked out 90% of the details for the designer.
Bad news: Spirit Airlines would charge me for the baggage I'm carrying under my eyes this morning.
Hope you day is full of far fewer yawns than mine!

I know that I cannot drink caffeine after about 6pm. It's not good. I've been drinking coffee all morning -- I've been up since 5am. :-(
I drink caffeine all night long at the hospital, and I am down for the count when I get home in the morning. Keeps me awake when I need it to, but apparently I can turn it's effects off when my head hits the pillow.
Hope your day contains a nap :)
My deadline is no coffee after
9pm....since all the kids drink sweet tea, I opt for the decaf tea bags...or they would all be up ...all night!
Yep... awake 'til 3. But since I got to have a FABULOUS dinner out with you... it was so worth it!
Fortunately for me, I was able to sleep in until almost 10! Good thing the kids weren't here!
Hope you were able to fit a nap into your day ;)
Getting old sucks. I can't have caffeine. I can't have diet drinks either. I can't even chew gum because of that sugar sub!
So...did you get a nap?
I'm with you. Or maybe worse. I can't drink ANY caffeine past 10 or 11am or I'm up all night like that. I feel for ya - I've got those bags myself right now. Go to bed early tonight? :)
So far caffeine does not keep me up, but I am sure thats the next thing to go..Ha
I used to drink soda and tea like it was going out of style. All day, all night. Now I do need to watch my intake at bedtime because it does keep me up. Sigh. This aging business is for the birds.
I am laughing so hard because I am old too...and in need of checking baggage.
